This article will show what email options are available from the ShoprW admin area and where you can specify what email addresses you would like emails to be directed to.

1. Log in to ShopRW admin page
2. Click Settings > General Settings



3. Click the Email link



Several email options will be available on this screen. However, the most commonly used option is the HTML mail option. In most cases, you will need to uncheck this option to avoid email recipients from having to view their emails in broken HTML. Some email client programs may not be defaulted to allow emails to be read in HTML. This can cause the email to appear unreadable as it may contain many HTML tags that the program isn't able to properly translate.

The next section related to email in the ShopRW admin area will allow you to specify what email notifications you would like generated. You may choose to have an email created when a order is processed, order is declined or when a new customer registers on your site. Just make sure to scroll down and apply your changes to save your choices.



To control what email addresses you would like specific requests emailed to, click on the Company link from the core options section.



Scroll to the very bottom of the page and enter your email addresses in the appropriate fields.
