These changes will allow you to enable the ShopRW site to support special characters that may be included within an item description or title.

1. You will need to log in to your ShopRW admin page and click on Content > Languages.

2. Select English as the language and click Update for the page to display the Charset option:

Change the Charset to utf-8.

To correct any items that are still showing "Unable to Process Item Data 2" in the Not Ready status, you will need to set those items back to Ready status then perform another sync. The Charset encoding "utf-8" will be required if you plan to send up any special characters with an item to ShopRW.
