Displaying the Liberty Customer Connector on your Shopify site

Some Shopify customers would like to also use our Liberty Customer Connector. There is no way for us to integrate the Liberty Customer Connector into your Shopify site. However, one can use an iframe to display the reCommerce Liberty Customer Connector on your Shopify site. This article is geared towards editing your reCommerce4 site.

The following edits are suggested if you are going to use an iframe.

1. Disable Top Bar
   1. Login in as admin
   2. Point to the reBOOT tab
   3. Click on Template Settings
   4. Click the Layout link
   5. Set the Header top bar to Disabled
   6. Click the Apply changes button
2. Remove search, login and info from header area
   1. Login in as admin
   2. Point to the reBOOT tab
   3. Click on Template Settings
   4. Click the Layout link
   5. Set the Header style to Style 7
   6. Click the Apply changes button
3. Remove Horizontal menu - there is no way to totally remove the menu without editing core files. However, this work around will work
   1. Login in as admin
   2. Point to the reBOOT tab
   3. Click on Template Settings
   4. Click the Menu link
   5. Set the Menu Type to Speed bar
   6. Click the Apply changes button
   7. Click the Content tab (to access the Speed bar)
   8. Click Speed bar
   9. Disable all links (uncheck the active checkbox)
   10. Click the Update button **Note: if you want the Consignor Center link to be displayed on your Speed bar, set the "
       Show Consignor Center navigation menu (requires Consignor Login Module)" to Link Only. To disable the Consignor Center, link in the menu, set "Show Consignor Center navigation menu (requires Consignor Login Module)" to None.
4. Remove Side (vertical) menus
   1. Login in as admin
   2. Point to the reBOOT tab
   3. Click on Template Settings
   4. Click the Sidebar link
   5. Set "Sidebar category menu" to Disabled
   6. Set "
      Manufacturers menu display" and "New arrivals products menu style" and "
      Recently viewed products menu style" t
      o Disabled
   7. Uncheck the check boxes for "Enable search by price slider" and "
      Enable reviews menu box" and "
      Enable promotions menu box" and "
      Enable account menu in sidebar" and "
      Enable translate menu in sidebar" and "
      Move Static Pages/Help into their own side menu".
   8. Click the Apply changes button
5. Remove footer - this cannot be done but it can be modified for this purpose
   1. Login in as admin
   2. Point to the reBOOT tab
   3. Click on Template Settings
   4. Click the Layout link
   5. Set the Footer Style to Style 8 (Basic)
   6. Click the Apply changes button - Note: this will display your social icons in the footer
6. Remove the footer Bottom bar
   1. Login in as admin
   2. Point to the reBOOT tab
   3. Click on Template Settings
   4. Click the Layout link
   5. Set Footer bottom bar to Disabled.
   6. Click the Apply changes button.
