Emergency Hours

Due to the increase in call volume during our normal business hours because of the Covid-19 Pandemic, Saturday and Sunday support was temporarily closed. Technicians were re-allocated to assist with the calls coming in during normal hours.

We are re-opening Saturday Emergency Support on August 8th, 2020, with Sunday Emergency Support to follow on a later date.

  • How to Email Receipts from the Liberty POS

    The ability to email receipts from the POS was added in version 4.5. To enable this option in Liberty first you will need to sign up for an E- receipts plan. Currently anyone on a support plan will receive the emailing receipt plan as a part your support plan. For anyone not on a support plan and would like the ability to email receipts you are still able to at a cost of $9.95 a month. To signup for email receipts go to and sign in. If you are not currently on a reCommerce plan you will see the option below.

    Stores on a reCommerce/Consignor Login plan will see the following page.

    Once a store has signed up for eReceipts, they will need to activate reCommerce as a Marketplace in Liberty and will need to enter their Account and Authorization Code that can be found on the Info tab. To enter the Account and Auth. Code into Liberty4 go to Tools>ecommerce Options>ReCommerce Settings. Next Eanble ReCommerce as a Marketplace then enter in the Account and Auth. Code, Apply the change, and Validate the account.

    Once the account validates close the window. Now open the POS and go to Setup>POS Setup>Print Options.

    You will need to have the Print Receipt After Sale set to Prompt and check the box for Enable Receipts Emails and click OK.

    If you have selected a customer that has an email address saved the address will be pre-populated in the email address field. If you have selected a customer that does not have an email address or have not selected a customer at all you still have the ability to type in the customers email address. Next you will have the option to print the receipt, email the receipt, print and email, or no receipt at all.
