Effective June 04, 2022, late support and weekend support will be suspended

Due to a human resources issue and Covid-19, Late Support from 6:00PM to 8:00PM Monday through Friday and Weekend Support will be temporarily suspended until further notice. This will allow us to focus on getting back to everyone in a timely manner during our regular support business hours of 9:00AM to 6:00PM Eastern Time, Monday Through Friday. This will be effective Saturday, June 04,2022.

We appreciate your patience at this time as we work on bringing the support department back up to maximum staffing capacity.

Runtime error 217 when opening reports after a new Windows update.

  • Runtime error 217 when opening reports after a new Windows update.

    The most recent windows updates have been shown to reinstall or reset printers including removing the windows default printer.
    This is not suppose to happen of course and it will cause an error when printing anything or opening up reports.

    To fix this issue you must go to your devices and printers and set a default printer.

    Simply click the Start Menu and start typing Devices and printers.

    Next, double check that there is no default printer selected. If you do not see a green checkmark next to any printer, then this is the case.

    Right click on your main 8.5 x 11 printer and click Set as Default Printer.

    You should now be able to open your reports module and print anything you wish out of Liberty.
