Emergency Hours

Due to the increase in call volume during our normal business hours because of the Covid-19 Pandemic, Saturday and Sunday support was temporarily closed. Technicians were re-allocated to assist with the calls coming in during normal hours.

We are re-opening Saturday Emergency Support on August 8th, 2020, with Sunday Emergency Support to follow on a later date.

  • How do I start Training Mode? How do I get out of Training Mode?

    Liberty comes with an EXCELLENT feature - Training Mode. This allows new users or new employees, to get to know the system - without damaging your core data.

    To start Training Mode, click File > Training Mode...

    Once you click Training Mode, Liberty will let you know you need to restart the program...

    Once you log in, you will be using a completely different database. There will be no Serial Number in this database, nor will you see any of your existing clients/items. You'll know you're in Training Mode when A) you see a flashing, yellow bar at the bottom of Liberty...

    and B) if you head back to File > Training Mode, it will have a check-mark next to it...

    Once you're done with Training Mode, just click File > Training Mode and restart Liberty. That's it!
