    I dont know if anyone else has had this problem, but when I go into a customer account and click on Transcations, then "print transcations", it says Please Wait, Preparing Report.....but it just sits there (and I know I am giving it enought time, I have let it sit for an hour before)...Nothing prints and that Please Wait does not leave the screen. Anyone else with that problem or does anyone at liberty know if this is a problem ???

    How much memory do you have on your computer? What is the processor speed? How many transactions are on the page to print? What is the date of the oldest transaction in their account? There is not a known problem with Liberty to this effect. What all is opened and going on while you are trying to print a transaction report? You may want to give Technical support a call to resolve this faster then posting back and forth.
