Effective June 04, 2022, late support and weekend support will be suspended

Due to a human resources issue and Covid-19, Late Support from 6:00PM to 8:00PM Monday through Friday and Weekend Support will be temporarily suspended until further notice. This will allow us to focus on getting back to everyone in a timely manner during our regular support business hours of 9:00AM to 6:00PM Eastern Time, Monday Through Friday. This will be effective Saturday, June 04,2022.

We appreciate your patience at this time as we work on bringing the support department back up to maximum staffing capacity.

    I am trying to set up the "Item Entry Lite" app on my iPad. It is asking for the key. I see in the instructions that the security key is to be given out by the store. I am the store owner. Where do I get this key? Also, I will use the same server number as I have used for the regular item entry app, correct?

    You will need to create a new device key. Open up the Liberty Mobile Admin and select Maintain Authorized Devices. Once you have signed in select Add Device. Put in a name for the new device and the new key will be generated. As far as the server address yes it will be the same as what is on your other devices.
