Effective June 04, 2022, late support and weekend support will be suspended

Due to a human resources issue and Covid-19, Late Support from 6:00PM to 8:00PM Monday through Friday and Weekend Support will be temporarily suspended until further notice. This will allow us to focus on getting back to everyone in a timely manner during our regular support business hours of 9:00AM to 6:00PM Eastern Time, Monday Through Friday. This will be effective Saturday, June 04,2022.

We appreciate your patience at this time as we work on bringing the support department back up to maximum staffing capacity.

    Support,
    We are happy to be able to view appointments with the iPad, but we were wondering if you could take a look at the making appointments part. We are unable to perform this function at this time.

    It looks like it might be a browser issue. Trying going into your appointment scheduler with a different browser and see it the button to create a new appointment is there. It was on my iPhone.

      Using the scheduler app on the ipad, not safari to access appointment scheduling.
