This tutorial will show you how to print mailing labels to your consignors.
Before getting started, some thing to keep in mind as to which accounts will be selected: the customer's account must have the 'Receive Mail' box selected. If that is not checked, then the mail label report will not grab their info as it means they do not want to receive mail.
To print off labels, you will first need to go to the report module. Go to the Labels section. You will see 3 different types of reports to choose from:
Labels by Total Purchases - Allows you to filter labels based on the Total Purchases of the customer, so you can send only to those that have spent over $x amount in your store. Prints to the Avery 5160 labels
Mailing Labels (2-Across) - Designed to print labels to the 2 across thermal sticky labels sold by us: http://www.resaleworld.com/store/product.php?productid=113&cat=23&page=1
Mailing Labels (Avery 5160) - Designed to print to the Avery 5160 style Labels: Link on Avery website (http://www.avery.com/avery/en_us/Products/Labels/Addressing-Labels/Easy-Peel-White-Address-Labels_05160.htm?N=0&Ns=&refchannel=c042fd03ab30a110VgnVCM1000002118140aRCR D)
Since this is a report, you can narrow down your selections by using the Criteria as needed. Say for example, I want to print off mailing labels using the Avery 5160 to all of my consignors.
For criteria, I will use Display which accounts? and set it to Have consigned (this way I get any accounts in which I've consigned items). To ensure I do not grab any store accounts, I will also set the Account Type to Client. Another common option is to use the Last Date Item Added, this will let you only create labels for those accounts that have brought in an item in the past x number of days or a date range. This way if you have really old consignors you can omit them if you so choose. As with all reports, I recommend looking through the Add More Criteria to see if any other criteria options available will help you target exactly who you want.
For the items listed above, here is what my report screen looks like:

When I preview the report, here is a small portion of what it looks like, as you can see it will print to the Avery style tags:

Since the tags are more expensive than paper, I always recommend previewing and then printing the first page to a normal piece of paper to ensure everything will line up prior to printing to the labels.
To see the difference between that and the 2-Across, here is a preview of that same report but meant for the 2-Across sticky labels, the outline of the first one is to show roughly where on the actual label it will print:
