Should you ever need to completely void a remove a sale so there is not transaction recorded on the sales detail report, perform the following steps.
Open the Point-of Sale module and click on File > Void Sale.

The following screen will appear where you can then select a sale to void.

Note: A voided sale will NOT appear on a sales detail report. However, for a list of sales that had been voided, open the reports module and under the End of Day category you will find a Voided Sales Report.
