To setup a price guide for specific items under category click on Tools > Category Editor in the Inventory Module.

Next, select a category first then click on the "Edit Pricing Guide" button.

The next screen will appear, allowing you to Add a new recommended price for an item.

Click OK twice to continue to go back to the Category Editor. You may continue to keep adding more recommended prices to items in your Price Guide.
What this now does is provide a pricing guide system for your employees to use as reference when adding items to inventory. Let's take a look at what happens when clicking in the price field.

Note: The recommended price is applied to a category. This means when adding an item the price guide will only appear if a price guide was added to that specific category. You can have multiple price listing on one category.
