To post Items in Liberty, open the Inventory Module then click on Activities > Inventory > Post Items.

The following screen will appear.

Once you have selected your posting mode as described above, you can begin to enter your items in the filed labeled Item.

Once you have entered the item number and typed the enter key, the item will appear in the right window pane.

Click Finish to complete as shown below.

If you open the consignor's account, the Item Disposition will update to read the posting mode selected. In the example below, the item now reads Donated.

How To Unpost an Item
If needed, you could Unpost the item as well. Perhaps an error was made when you entered the account-item number. Select the Unpost posting method and enter the account-item number for the item you wish to unpost. Please review the image below for detailed instructions.
