If you have confirmed that you are not filtering out accounts from the account list screen, but you are still missing accounts please read the following.

Problem:
We add multiple accounts each day and today we added 2 accounts and we can't get back to them, it says they are account 7644 and higher if I try to add them again. But when we try to search by first or last name it does not appear. I've also tried to sort by number and our list ends at 7643. Is there a reason why our sortable list does not show higher numbers?

Solution:
If it states that the account number is 7644 then search for account 7643 and open it. Once you have opened the account click on the navigation button on the top right hand corner to navigate to the next account (which would be the missing account 7644). The navigation button is shown on the image below.

Once you have the account details displayed for account 7644, add a phone number to the account then click save. If you do not have a phone number, then just add a bogus phone number and click save.

Close the account then go to the account list. Click the Refresh button then try to search for the account again.The missing account(s) should appear again.

The goal is to find the account by navigating to it from the previous account then adding a phone number. This should cause the missing account to appear again on your account list page.
