How To Use Wishlist

Open the Inventory Module then click on Tools > Options > 5 - Account Tab.
Be sure to heck the box that reads Pop up wish list finds as shown below.

Click Apply and then OK to close.

Note: The customer requesting an item to be added to the wishlist must have an account in the Liberty software. Please create the account for them if they don't already have one before proceeding.

You can now click on the Wishlist button from the consignor's account detail screen or account list screen within the Inventory Module.

From the consignor's account:

The next screen will appear.

Please select the category and at least two attributes that match the consignor's request. Be sure to click Save when done.

This completes the process for adding an item to a wish list.

To test this method, you can now add an item to inventory selecting the same category and attributes used for the wish list item. This is shown below.

After you enter a matching item into a consignor's inventory and click Save, the following pop up will appear on the screen. You can then click the print button to print the wish list report.

You can also run a Wish List - Cross Reference Report. To do so please open the Reports Module by the clicking on the Report icon button from the account list screen.

This will open the Report Module. Please select the same options I have below as shown below.

The following report will appear showing all cross reference matches for wish list matches.
