To learn how to do a backup, please follow the instructions below:
The first thing you need to know is the location where your backup is saving to. To check this location open the Inventory Module > Click Tools > Options > Backup tab. Notice my backup is going to the E: drive.

To change the location of your backup click the three dots and select the location you would like to backup to. Then click OK.

You are now ready to do your backup. You have two options;
1. If you have not done a backup in the last 24 hours you can simply close Liberty and it will prompt you to do a backup. Say yes to the message.

2. To force a backup, click Tools > Maintain > Backup Database.

Note: Backups can only be done from the server computer.
Once the backup has completed it is recommended you check the modified date and ensure it says "today's" date ( the date you did the backup).

Note: If your backup location is set to C:\RWD\Backup you will receive and error when trying to backup. You can change the location by going to Tools > Options > Backup.
