Liberty provides a few options that can affect the presentation of your checks/payouts. These options are configured under Tools > Options > 3. Payouts...

The two, most-commonly asked about options are "Print Long Description on Payouts" and "Print Summarized Detail on Payouts."
With the Print Long Description on Payouts option checked, a check/payout would look like...

So, the option for Print Long Description on Payouts is printing whatever is in your item "Title" field. This is/can be a combination of your Category + Brand + Attributes. The item in my second picture there, looks like this in Liberty Inventory...

If I utilize the other option, for Print Summarized Detail on Payouts, then my check is lacking all of that item detail...
