To set ANY account to ANY Price Code, perform the following steps:
1. Create a new Price Code (or make sure you have one set the way you desire)
2. Open the account in question
3. Locate the Preferred Price Code field, which will be on either tab 6. Information or tab 7. Add'l Info...

4. Set the Preferred Price Code to the one you desire
5. Click "Save"
From now on, all new items will go in under this new Price Code setting. Any items that have already been entered, will NOT use this new Price Code. If you need to change existing items within the account to use this new Price Code, you can A) do it manually (which is fine if you only have a few items) or B) utilize Activities > Inventory > Change Item Price Codes.
