Since Liberty provides more than one way for inventory/items to be handled, it is possible to see results you're not expecting. Knowing the basics about how and when Liberty creates a client transaction, is paramount to figuring out why transactions aren't showing up on an account.

Price Codes - It is possible to configure Price Codes that give 100% to the store and 0% to the client. Thus, if the item sells, no transactions will appear on the account. Here's how you troubleshoot it - find the item in question, find which Price Code it is set to. If it's set to one that gives 0% to the client OR if the Price Code has Markdowns that would lead to a net due of 0%, then you've found your culprit.

Change Post - In POS, one can do a "Change" Post. This allows one to override both the PRICE and the NET DUE to the consignor. Thus, one can key in an amount in the Net Due field - and if in that field, someone clicked Backspace or Delete, then the Net Due is 0%.

Outright Purchases - In Liberty, one can set a global default, an account default and a per-item default for Consign vs. Purchase. If you set items to "Purchase," then no money will go to the account if/when it sells. The only money that would appear on the account is the "Cost" of the item when it was first created.
