How to use the Price Guide


First open the Inventory Module then click on Tools > Category Editor.

You must then select the category for which you want to add a pricing guide entry for.

Next, click on the Edit Pricing Guide button.

Click the Add button.

Now enter a description and price that will suit the described item best when entered into the specified category.

Click OK then close the Category Editor.

Now you can begin to enter an item with the same category you added your price guide entry for.

This completes the process for creating an entry in the price guide for a specified category.
