How To Void Sales
To void sales you will need to open the POS Module.
Click on the File button and select Void Sale as shown below.

On the next screen select the sale you wish to void.

You will then be prompted if your sure to wish to void the selected sale order.

This will complete the void sale process.
Please note: You can NOT void a sale that has been refunded.
