Liberty4 Consignment utilizes Microsoft components that exist in virtually all versions of Windows. Older versions of Windows, such as Windows 2000, do not contain some of these components. Fortunately, Microsoft makes most of these (at least the one in question - GDI Plus) available for FREE download.

In this example, the program in use was the Backup/Restore Utility (RWDBack.exe). Other programs that use the GDI Plus libraries are the Reports Module, Word Processor and the Database Check Utility.
To resolve this issue, you will need to download the GDI Plus library from Microsoft's site...

Once you have downloaded the file, double-click it to install. Enter a path to which the installer can extract these files. In the following example, we extracted the files to C:\NEW\

Once the files have been extracted, you will see a confirmation dialog...

Now we need to browse to the folder we extracted our goodies to - in this case, C:\NEW\. In our example, we would browse through C:\NEW\asms\10\msft\windows\gdiplus and would find 3 files within...

Copy all three of those files and Paste them into your C:\RWD\ folder. If you have more than one PC that is exhibiting the GDI Plus error when using Liberty, repeat the steps above on each of those PCs.
This should resolve any "GDI Plus" errors seen when using Liberty products.
