There is a Error Posting this Sale

I just upgraded to Liberty4 and now i am getting a error message on POS that will not let me post a sale. Error 288626. I am a 30,000 sq ft Antique Mall and have been locked down now for 4 days. Any Advise. Tech support couldnt figure it out:eek:

Did you contact resaleworld tech suport? All computers updated to l4c? what version did you have before?

what version of l4c?

Problem on all computers?, what is your computer specs, windows xp? windows server 2003?, etc... How many networked computers?

By having 'full access', can you actually add items, or do anything?, or does this also not work? What exactly happens?

L4C 3.1 or 3.5?

For the time being seeing this counds like an emergency, maybe you would try restoring it to liberty 2002. and talk with tech support to do that___<???

Did you already add other items, produce new transactions, or ring out sales after upgrading???
