We use Quickbooks style checks, and when we run the payout, it doesnt print any details on the voucher area, just there account info, and name / check fee on the bottom, and total.

Can you get ti to say, sold item --# on the check stubs?

You can print the item detail on checks for items that have sold. In Liberty Inventory Module, click on Tools > Options > Payout tab. You will see an option where you can check to enable "Print Long Description".

This will show you the item description including the item number for each item being paid for.

We have also noticed the our permanent choice of Quickbooks stykle checks isn't "sticking " after restarting the computer. Oooops!
