Problem: I have been getting repeated (Win32 Error Code 5 Access is denied) in my Liberty 4 Consignment Inventory module. The screen freezes up after sitting idle for a few minutes.

Possible Cause: You might have a screen saver enabled on your computer which can cause conflicts with Liberty 4 Consignment version 3.1c.

Solution: This was a known issue with L4C, version 3.1c. We have fixed it with the latest update, 3.5a. If you are on a support plan please perform the following steps:

Log into www.myresaleworld.com using your email address that you have on file with us, and your RSWID (found in Liberty under Help > About) as your password.

Once logged in click on the "Support Center" tab then the "Downloads" tab.
From the Select drop down menu choose Liberty 4 Consignment. From the list that appears click to highlight the 3.5a update then click on the "Download selected file" button. Choose to SAVE to your desktop when prompted. Double click on the download (3.5a Update)to run the installation. Be sure to download the 3.5a Follow-up Patch as well from the same list. Install the update on your server first, then any other machines, making sure Liberty is closed on all of computers before installing.
