Bulk Tag Printing prints only one tag!!!
If you recently purchased our laser tag sheets to print bulk tags please read the following.
Problem :After selecting "laser tag" format for the tag format field when printing bulk tags, "only one tag prints on the page".
Solution: Please change the "unprinted only" filter to NO from YES then print your tags.

My printer only prints two tags at a time on the sheets that were sent to me with my L2k2 software. I'd like to use all of the tags on the sheet.

Can you provide more detail in regard to "...the thread you sent did not work..."? The link itself works. Did the instructions not provide any help? Let us know a little more and we'll do our best to help you out!

Sorry, I've tried to pull up this thread on two different computers and it says "invalid thread specified".
Thanks for your help anyway. I tried to call customer support and apparently my support has expired even though my store hasn't yet opened and I've just started using the software.

I think you only get 30 days of free support --we did the same thing bought the software a few months before we were Ready for it, so we had to pay for the suport/tag plan... Its worth it!

@girlfriends - That's really VERY odd that you're browser is unable to open that "link."
A quick test:

I have a feeling you could be experiencing issues with the # character. That could mean you're running an older Internet Browser or any number of issues.
Ultimately, it's a local issue with the computer you're running. Keep us posted and let us know if the "test" above works!

I'm not sure I understand this completely! :) The Laser Tags are a 5 x 3 (tag count) layout. When you print, it's best to print as many tags as possible. If you select a range of items that only includes a handful of tags, you won't "get the most" out of the Laser Tags.
First and foremost though, make sure you're selecting the "Laser Tag" Tag Format via Reports > Bulk Tag Printing...
