Client Screen Detail Error

This typically happens when trying to add a Retail Vendor account in L4C. If you encounter the following error:

"Violation of Primary Key Constraint PK_Client_Screen_Detail Cannot insert duplicate key in object Client_screen_detail"

I am adding new account and received the following error " Violation of Primary Key Contraint "Pk_Client-Screen Detail" can not insert duplicate key in object: Client_screen detail" Is the patch on this thread applicable to version 3.5C?

The patch provided below and on the first thread will work for all versions of Liberty 4 Consignment.

This patch is to correct the following error message displayed when opening a Retail Vendor account.

Correction to last thread:
Jarred - Run the latest update on ALL machines

Note: The Liberty update alone will NOT patch the "Client Screen Detail Error" received when opening a Retail Vendor account.

The patch needs to be installed on the Liberty Server only.
