Hi all,
Last year when we received the big update that introduced us to computerized "Rewards" programs there were many threads regarding problems and issues. I have been patiently waiting for a new update to fix some of those but this last release was mainly about the new reports (which I'm playing around with and so far so good).
My biggest concerns with rewards are:
- Being able to add and subtract points from a persons account
- having it not add points for purchases that they are redeeming points on
- suspending a sale under a customers name actually gives them twice the points for the sale
If these 3 things could be fixed soon I would be very grateful. Could someone tell me when this is going to be done? Please look at all the posts regarding these issues when it was first released.
