ERROR:
“invalid key constraint cannot duplicate key row for CLIENT_SCREEN_DETAIL” error
Symptom:
In Liberty4 Consignment > Account List, when you double-click to open an account you see “invalid key constraint cannot duplicate key row for CLIENT_SCREEN_DETAIL”.

FIX:
Download and install the patch below...

(make sure you click on "Save" when prompted to download this file).
