Help! My Hard Drive Crashed!

Hello,

My hard drive crashed , and I had to have it cleaned out and fixed. Ok I did that, and I have the liberty backup of my information. I have to reinstall all of my liberty 4 consignment program first and then I can get the updates from the internet. I tried to use the l4c cd again, and it said I had to have 2002 alreadyintsalled. I tried my old 2002 cd's but they are in training mode when they load.

Liberty 4 consignment cd says that it can not find the server and the 2002 version says it can not use a closed database.

Can you please suggest the best way to reload the program? Do I have to reload a server?

Please help, my business is at a standstill.

If you explore the upgrade cd, you should find a full install folder that will contain the full installer for L4C. You can then run that installer to install Liberty on the system. Then simply restore you data and run the latest update and your done.

HI! ok I have everything installed now, and have added my printers back on. I have the Zebra lp2844. With the new upgrade, how do I set the printer up to be able to print the 2 across tickets with 3 markdowns, desc, size, etc.

Go to the utilties page of the Resaleworld website.

There you will find the printer driver utility. Download it and the guide and it will walk you through installing and configuring your printer.
