We have fielded a couple of phone calls recently where the 2844 -Dual (Combined) Tag Style was not "lining up" 100%. The Acct-Item# were also "bleeding" into one another. After checking printer driver settings, Liberty settings, etc. it turned out to be one simple thing - the Arial Narrow font was not installed.

The Arial Narrow font is installed with Microsoft Office and thus, would only be found on computers that had MS Office installed. You can also try searching the Internet for "ARIALN.TTF", which is the name of the actual font file.

Installing or obtaining fonts is not supported by Resaleworld.com.

I was one of those who didn't have the font. It is easy to install the font once you get the file "ARIALN.TTF". First download or find were that file is. Then for win 2000 / xp ( and probably other versions to) go to > Control Panel> Fonts. From the file menu select "install new font" . An add font box will pop up then point to the drive and folder where the file is. (It takes a few seconds to actually find it after you pointed to the file.) You should now see in the add font box a selection for ARIAL.TFF. Click on it an hit ok - Your done.

I would make a reccomendation to Resaleworld that when you give operating system requirments note that this font in required for some types of tags. I hope that people don't think that Mircosoft Office is a requirement to run parts of L4c. For those who may need the font and cannot find it, email me and I will foward you directions how to get the file.
