Once the Form of Acquisition is set on a Client account, there is no way to change this setting on all accounts at once. If you go to Tools > Options > Accounts and change the default Form of Acquisition here, this only does so for all new accounts, from that day forward.
What if you accidentally had this set to "Purchase" and realized this after you had created 100 accounts!?!? Not to worry! :)
Here are two utilities that will set ALL Client accounts to either "Consign" or "Purchase" for the default Form of Acquisition. Please use CAUTION when running these. These utilities will change the default "Form of Acquisition" for ALL accounts.
To change all Client accounts to "Consign" for the default Form of Acquisition, use the following utility:
Consign (http://www.rswpartner.com/download/exes/AllAcctCons.EXE)
To change all Client accounts to "Purchase" for the default Form of Acquisition, use the following utility:
Purchase (http://www.rswpartner.com/download/exes/AllAcctPurch.EXE)
