How do I change all existing accounts over to a new Price Code in L4C?

From time to time, it might be necessary to change everybody's Price Code to a new one. In order to accomplish this Account-wide change, there will be a few steps you will want to take to accomplish this. Follow the list below to "change" all Accounts to a different pricing structure.
1. Presuming your existing Accounts are all set to Price Code A, you will want to create a new Price Code (B) and make it an EXACT mirror-image of Price Code A.
2. Click Activities > Inventory > Change Item Price Codes
3. Determine the items that you want to continue using the old pricing structure defined under Price Code A and switch them to Price Code B = this ensures that old items are "grandfathered in" and will continue to sell under the "legacy" pricing structure.
4. Now go into Tools > Price Codes, and adjust price code "A" to the new price code structure you want.
5. Since all of your accounts were already set to use Price Code A as their "Preferred Price Code", they will simply pick-up these changes and all items added from this point forward will sell under the newest pricing structure.
